Shuttle Information

• WV Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV is the only airport we provide service from.
• The call letters for Yeager Airport are "CRW".
• The travel time from both Yeager Airport and Greyhound to the camp is approximately 45 minutes.
• Each camper is responsible for their own flight/bus arrangements.
• Each camper is responsible to pay for any meals he or she may need prior to check-in at camp or after check-out from camp.
• Campers needing shuttle service must fill out and mail in the form entitled "Shuttle Registration" at least 10 days prior to their arrival at camp.
• The cost for this service is $30.00 each way (round trip total - $60.00).
• If you wish to have a shuttle scheduled for your camper, please indicate this by clicking the appropriate box at the time you register your camper for camp. If you have already registered and would like to add a shuttle, please call our office to adjust your campers information accordingly. 

The below information is for the safety of campers and to maintain the overall structure of the camp schedule. 

• Camper's ticketed arrival time cannot be more than 8 hours BEFORE scheduled check-in time at camp. 
• Arrival time must be no later than 2 hours FROM scheduled check-in time at camp (Camp check-in and check-out times are automatically emailed to you after your camper is registered for camp).
• Camper's ticketed departure time must be within 3 to 8 hours from scheduled checkout time.

Note: If there is a circumstance in which the above conditions cannot be met, please notify us and we will attempt to be as accommodating as possible.
